We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, and with store tags attached if applicable. When returning items, do not write on, or add stickers and labels to the manufacturer boxes (packaging), or use them as the shipping box. If your purchase is DOA (Damaged on Arrival) or we made an error, we will send you a return shipping label for your convenience. Otherwise, buyers will be responsible for return shipping and the fees associated. All refunds are usually disbursed within 1 business day of us receiving and inspecting your returned item(s) unless a replacement is requested by the customer, in which case the replacement will usually be dispatched within the same time frame (1 business day). Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You will get an email notification when your refund has been processed. Refunds are sent to your original payment source.
